Summers can be blistering hot and winters freezing cold. The most pleasant of the months are May to mid July with temperatures averaging between 68 F to 90F.
Transportation: Transportation includes cars, taxis, buses, shuttle vans, the ground and underground Metro, railroads, and bicycles. The city is fairly easy to travel and transportation is readily available.
