Lufthansa Airlines along with its subsidiaries make up the second largest air fleet in the world. It was the founding member of the world’s largest airline alliance, Star Alliance. The airline promotes cultural diversity and has a staff of 117,000 employees from 146 nationalities. The airline is headquartered at Cologne with its primary traffic hub at Frankfurt Airport. However, Munich Airport serves as the secondary hub for the airline. The current slogan of the airline is “There’s no better way to fly”.

The intercontinental flights of Lufthansa Airlines offer three travel services; First Class, Business Class and Economy Class. The European domestic flights have two types of cabin segregations: Business Class and Economy Class. The First Class is available on most of the long haul flights with a two meter bed, power outlets and on demand entertainment services. Special meals are offered to the passengers on request. First Class passengers enjoy state-of-the-art check-in counters at most airports and exclusive airport lounges. To make their journey memorable, they receive the services of a hospitable crew. The first and business classes are packed with all the latest amenities any modern airline has to offer.
