Seat assignment: 
You have your choice of window or isle seats

Type of Aircraft: Your personally designated Travel Agent will give you all information on the aircraft you will be flying in.  Our agents have all the information on each flight and aircraft.  The agent will know whether you are flying a propeller or jet, narrow or wide body aircraft, number of engines, etc. and will describe the aircraft if you choose to.

Meals:
You can request to order special meals.  These include vegetarian, low cholesterol, lactose fee, Muslim, kosher, Hindu, children or infant, diabetic, etc.  Every airline has their own assortment of meals, however we will work with you to bring you the food of your choice.

Special Assistance:
Our agents will request special assistance with the airlines should you need wheelchairs or other ways to make yourself more comfortable.  Please let your Travel Expert know how we can best assist you.

Unaccompanied minors:
Children are allowed to fly by themselves these days; but a parent or guardian will need to be there to complete paperwork at the airport. There will be a fee which ranges from airline to airline and the child discount cannot be applied when flying alone. To receive a children's discount, an adult must be in the same reservation as the unaccompanied minor
