How do I get my Tickets?
You can receive your tickets via E-Ticket or you can have you tickets delivered via postal mail.  Lets Fly Cheaper offers US Postal Service & FedEx Express Standard US mail $9.95 plus shipping & handling.  FedEx Express is just $29.95 plus shipping & handling

How can I change or cancel my ticket?
Generally our tickets are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled. Tickets which can be changed or cancelled can only be changed or cancelled with a fee; if your new flight costs more, a fare difference may be required. You must call at least 24hrs before your original departure date. We highly recommend you purchasing travel insurance.

What are our opening hours?
Travel agents are available on the phone between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm PST. Agents are available through email almost 24 hours a day.

Are there extra discounts for children, seniors or military?
Lets Fly Cheaper will be able to secure a discount from most airlines up to 24 months old and for children from 2 – 11 years old.  The fares for infants are usually 20% of an adult fare, while the usual fare for children is roughly 75% of an adult fare.  Taxes and fees will be additional. Some discounted tickets have no additional reductions for infants and children.  We do not have any addition discounts for seniors, as we are already offering the cheapest flights available.  Our consolidated fares are actually cheaper than most regular published fares with senior discounts.

Why Can’t I book tickets online? 
While you can plan a trip online and see the ticket prices offered, you must confirm by calling our office toll free at (800) 240 0461.

What is an E-Ticket?
Through electronic ticket you will save time and travel ticketless!  An e-ticket allows your entire experience to be a breeze, safe and electronic, which means no more paper tickets.  Your ticket is stored in the airlines computer system and our system and is waiting for you when you arrive at the airport.
