One very large one called Souq Al Arabi spreads over a series of blocks and is separated by different categories, one of which is gold. Shopping malls are a new add to the city of Khartoum. A recently opened mall called Afra Mall in Arkeweet offers a supermarket, retail outlets, a bowling alley, and a movie theater.
