The menu prepared by chef Dani Garcia, with two Michelin stars, offers traditional yet innovative Spanish culinary dishes. LaGuardia Airport, New York – Cotto

Cotto serves Italian foods inside LaGuardia Airport in New York. Michelin-starred chef Michael White opened this restaurant with quick bite foods like paninis and antipasti. Cotto also has speck which is a must-try. Truffle butter and garganelli served with radicchio are also great. There is even a gelato bar. El Prat Airport, Spain – Porta Gaig

Michelin-star chef Charles Gaig oversees Porta Gaig. He owns two restaurants that serve Catalan fare in Barcelona. The menu here includes pata negra, crispy Iberian pork, croquettes and cod fritters. Porta Gaig has a minimalist design with scenic view and modern furniture. The sumptuous meals are the main feature of the restaurant.

Newark Liberty International Airport, New Jersey – Saison

French Bistro Saison, located inside Newark Airport, took a step up with its restaurant cuisine. The renowned chef Alain Ducasse, first to achieve six Michelin stars, is the consultant for the bistro’s premium menu. French Bistro Saison offers croissant bread pudding, escargot, roasted bone marrow, foie gras, coq au vin and a wide range of world class wines.

London Heathrow Airport, United Kingdom – Plane Food

You will be surprised of who’s in charge of the modern European cuisine at Plane Food inside London Heathrow Airport. The renowned lively chef, TV personality, restaurateur and author, Chef Gordon Ramsay who has seven Michelin stars and owns more than 20 restaurants around the world is the man behind the Plane Food’s premium menu. The restaurant is situated overlooking the Swabian Alps.
